Service

We provide multi-tenant software for TPAs to administer testing programs. Features available to your tenant depend on your subscription plan (Pro, Pro Max, or Custom) and configured options.

Accounts & tenancy

You are responsible for safeguarding staff credentials, configuring permissions, and ensuring client portal users only receive appropriate access. Tenant data remains scoped to your organization.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with other tenants, or use the platform in violation of applicable employment, privacy, or transportation regulations.
